This resource provides an opportunity for students to explore the food of Western Sudan and identify the similarities and differences to the kind of food they eat every day.

Pupils will look at the main food products used and grown in Western Sudan. This section also includes images of Sudanese food, Sudanese recipes and much more!

It should be noted that in July 2011, Sudan split into two countries: Sudan and South Sudan.
